Well here,s a question? How do i get the message across that I have had 4 Turbo Tax Experts assist me and i could not leave a review for each of the ladies who so kindly, patiently, caringly assisted me as i made the most money in all of my life! I am a surfing instructor here on the island of Oahu, Hawaii! And a real not so smart, well I have a G.E.D. from back in the day but doing taxes and running a business doing what i love to do was never the plan! So BIG Mahalo to Jamilla M., Clarrisa, Donna and the very Charming Natalya! So I was not able to leave them a superior review of phenominal customer service in a time were smiling folks are hard to come by! I mean not just smiling but i have a great deal of appreciation for these lovely ladies who i never even met that guided me every step of the way and in the end it was Natalya from florida who spent 3-1/2 hours with a iliterate gentleman like me! There must be a internal problem because i could not reply to the intuit message after logging in on either chrome or safari! The messages stated see what each EXPERT had to say!
