Not one of the TT "experts" here, but I had the same thing the last two years and called the IRS about it. The agent I spoke to said, yes, just report the income on your taxes as additional after your 1099 amounts. The fact that you're showing more than the IRS has a record of does not raise any red flags the way reporting less than was reported to them by companies that hired you would.
