The reply, I'm sure this lady knows what she is talking about, is confusing and not helpful for me. The QBI needs to be defined by IRS in lay mans terms . Hear again TT is treating this money, 1099 NEC, as extra income not as a business, I didn't receive a W2 for this income.
Back in 2018 TT treated this as extra income but IRS audit says different, That is separate story.
