Hello,
I'm trying Turbo Tax for the first time and entering what my former tax preparer entered as Capitalized Closing Costs under depreciation on a rent house. It is asking me for a code, and I haven't been able to find how it might be coded. Without the code, it apparently won't enter it as amoritization.
