Here are the tax forms supported by each edition of the software - you would need to use Premium. Almost everything on your list is supported by TurboTax, including your Detroit Form 5119 (sort by 1040 and then MI). However, if you plan to depreciate property on Form 4562 that you acquired in a like-kind exchange, then you may not be able to complete this using the program, as depreciation on property received in a 1031 exchange isn't always fully supported.
There are a few other advanced Sec. 1031 like-kind exchange scenarios that cannot be reported using the software - can you say more about the property you received in a 1031 exchange, such as business and/or personal, real property or vehicles?
