Since you have a premium tax credit, you have to factor that into how much you can deduct for your self-employed health insurance deduction. You can't get the deduction and the tax credit using the same insurance expenses. There is a complicated calculation that TurboTax uses to determine how much of your insurance premiums are deductible for self-employed health insurance purposes.
