After a deep dive through Five different departments at my employer which took over a week, I was finally able to obtain an answer to how much my employer paid for the Paid Leave Oregon program.
Some quick math and it amounted to exactly 40% of the total.
I followed your steps on how to correct this in Turbo Tax @AmyC and it worked flawlessly.
