I have all the same issues amending my S-Corp for federal and my state of MN.
Doesn't seem TT will let you E-file S-corp if you amend, have to print everything out and mail it in.
Also TT never lets MN electronically file and every year it has to be mailed in, kinda sad for the money paid to TT.
