Both Uber and Lyft issue a report available to you on the website when you log in. It tells you the total amount you received, the amount of fees that you paid to them and how many miles you drove for them. That is most of the information that you need in order to file the tax return as a rideshare driver. If you have any other expenses that the companies don't track such as supplies for trips or extra equipment you can enter that as well.
Is there other information that you are seeking that isn't listed here? You can come back and post it and we're all happy to help (just leave off the personal information).
