We will be filing married filing separately in 2020. We have paid the estimated income tax for 2020 using the eftps system under the primary ssn but with both names displayed
My question is :
do we have to split the estimated payment when we file separately in 2020 or can one spouse take the estimated payments under the individual's return and the other spouse takes zero estimated payment?
