Self employed

I'm using the Windows version, but mine always does that, too, each year.   I believe the reason is that the 1099-MISC income is not really a category in itself since it can represent several types of income, but is actually flowing to another section of TurboTax depending on the actual type of income it is associated with, such as rental income/royalty income/business income.   In the Windows version, if you hover your cursor over the $0, a popup tells me the income is reported elsewhere.  Also in my version there is a blue "Learn more" link that also mentions it being reported elsewhere.   Be sure after entering any income in the 1099-MISC topic, that you follow up by going to the topic for the type of income you entered--rental, royalty, business, etc.  And it should be included in the income amount showing in the 2024 column beside that topic.     I assume that in the following year's product it shows in the 1099-MISC prior-year column mainly to remind you that you had entries in that 1099-MISC topic last year.
