You are the only one who can click the big orange FILE MY RETURNS NOW button to e-file the return. TurboTax does not file a return for anybody, by any means under any circumstances. There are no exceptions. If you elected the option to mail your return, then it's up to you to print, sign and mail the return to the IRS.
