The above link that you graciously provided to me
requires both my TurboTax Order Number
and the USA Zip Code ( 52556 )
However NO TurboTax Order number is generated in Billing
for Windows TurboTax Deluxe One Time Purchase $ 80 Buy Now
unless all details are entered including a Credit Card "Expiration
Month" between January and August only.
The same CC expiration month data entry problem exists for Mac and
other TurboTax products
CC Expiration Months 9 to 12 are still not accepted, so no TurboTax order is generated.
I am working on receiving a credit card that I can use
with an "Expiration Month" between January and August.
Any other suggestions other than calling customer service?
