Really? Since when it has become acceptable at Turbo Tax to sell a product for tax filing and advise the customer to file for an extension because the product is not available? This should be unacceptable not just to the customer but also to Turbo Tax. Very disappointed to see a response like this even though it was done with the best of intentions.
