Called today for the same issue (MD State Return looping through Download windows again and again). The help desk asked me to wait until March 9th. Is it not true that MD Business Taxes are due by April 15th, not March 15th? So one can theoretically file Federal returns now and wait to file MD Business Taxes a little longer?
