I was having the same issue with buying a New Mexico state partnership module for TT Business. I spent 2 hours on the phone with TT Support, who eventually referred me to Costco, where I purchased the product. Costco only sells the product and does NOT do any software tech support.
Best Answer was provided by PatriciaV, with the link to the Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business, where you can find when your state module will be available. My NM state will not be available until 3/1/2024.
TT support is apparently not aware of this table.
