Why is the status for W2 efile on Quickbook still "E-file processing" after a day?

I am a long-term turbotax user and I just used quickbook to efile a W2 form last night and the status has always been "E-file processing" since then. Does it truly take so long? 

Since the deadline is 1/31 which is tomorrow. What should I do?
