Thanks @AnnetteB - Just FYI, there's no such "Online" button or link at the top of the desktop app (Mac version) or in the menu bar. I did find the "Send Tax File to TurboTax Agent" menu option in the "Help" menu, so I Was able to export the diagnostics files.
