Why am I being told I need to file Florida state tax Tangible Personal Property tax return (Form DR-405) if I’m self employed, not a small business owner

Hi, I just moved to Florida July 2023. On my 2023 taxes, TT is insisting I need to file Florida state tax Tangible Personal Property tax return (Form DR-405). I am filing as self employed and do take the home office deduction because I work from home in my home office but that’s where it ends - I’m a contractor doing IT work for an IT company virtually so I don’t own a small business and have assets that I put on my federal return; I did input business expenses but no assets. The form is asking for account number/parcel number, NAIC/SIC, business/corporate name etc. I obviously don’t have any of this stuff because I’m just self employed as a contractor, not a small business owner. I know technically being self employed is like owning your own business (yourself) but all the questions it’s asking me in this form are for people who own a registered small business, and do business with customers etc. what do I do?? I don’t have the info it’s asking for but TT says I should file one based on my federal return info. Thank you!
