I talked to a IRS official yesterday, they Again. An IRS official told me that Turbotax had the option to pay a transfer fee for the stimulus check but Turbotax opted out. The IRS official also stated that Turbotax knew of this roadblock months ago and didn't correct it then. That's why the "if you don't get the recieve the check you can claim on your taxe return" option was posted last week.
