I have been a customer for 8 years! Why have I not received my stimulus deposit? I received the 1st one in April with no issues on my turbo prepaid visa. The 2nd one should have arrived on the 4th according to my IRS account transcript. I found out that it was accidentally sent to you guys and the sbtg bank where I paid my fees from 2019 taxes. I understand that this was the IRS fault but if I do not receive my money from you I will never use your services again! I have not received an email stating I will get my deposit...like tons of people have stated. There should be no reason I haven't gotten that same email or a deposit! Please release my money to the card you have on file, that the IRS has on file, the same card I've used for years!!
