Has anyone had any luck with the information that was posted earlier about them marking your account for manual EIP ? I am now on hold with a 3rd agent (not in EIP Dept) They spoke with their manager who said she has not heard of a dedicated department for fixing this and if they note my account, the only thing that will do is provide that information for the next person who logs into my account.
