You might want to rethink giving out the twitter address as this is what I got as an answer....
Hello there, thanks for reaching out to us! Before you file your return, you are shown an Order Review screen and given the choice to pay and file or to back out. If you chose to back out of that screen and file elsewhere, you would not have been charged.
I never filed because it kept saying I needed to change something. But I was still charged. So far Turbotax is the most worthless for customer service.
I was told this wasn't the place to reach out for things like this. Why? Is this only the feel good stories? Doesn't seem there is any place to actually talk to a person or complain. I will be reversing charges tomorrow & I'll fight this garbage!!
