When I worked for the feds, the mainframe that all of us worked on as caseworkers would roll after 12 a.m. If you can imagine, all these files would upload in sequences, office by office. In other words, usually by 4 a.m. at the latest, depending on your states population and how many files there are to upload. Just remember, even though these checks are being sent from the feds, they still must upload into YOUR account, in your state. For national banks, it depends where the mainframe is located. Like I said though, usually by 4a.m.
