The first time I looked on the site, it told me it needed my banking info. I added my banking info, and it said to check back for updates. A day later, it told me that I was eligible to get a check and that the page would eventually add a date that I would receive it. A few days later, it told me I'd receive a paper check, to be mailed on April 25th. Then, I actually received my paper check on April 25th. Not sure why they needed my banking account info if they were just going to mail a check anyway. However, I'm just grateful to have received a check at all. Hope this helps a little.
