I need to talk to a live person to get a new TurboTax card
I have called to get a new card issued to me. Problem is, I don't live at the address I did last year when I filed and got my card originally. The automated system sent me an email, and said I needed to reply with a picture of a valid ID with my current address. I recieved an email 5 days later stating that it was not sufficient information. I cannot get any other help through the automated system, and I cannot find a live person to speak to. What do I do??
