You are not explaining what it is you are putting in for numbers.
If you go into check my status for Stimulus check. With every question there is a little ? - Click on it and it will tell where to look on your tax forms (2018 or 2019) to fill in that answer.
-AGI - (Click on ? to get what answer you should put)
-Did you owe or get a refund?
-Amount owed or amount refunded
I did not put a negative in front of my AGI - I just put the number
I was owed a refund
I did not get my refund back - I am leaving with IRS and using that refund to pay my 2019 taxes. So instead of putting amount (from my 2018 taxes line 20a - which was $2000) I put $0, because that was the amount I was refunded.
I do know that the ? they have by each box will help each individual with filling out that specific question.
Click on the ? it will tell to put 0 here or to look at a certain line on your 2018 or 2019 taxes.
