When it said refund amount put only the federal return amount and not state included i got locked out 4 days in a row then i hit the ? In the circle and read that and then when i followed those directions it went thru and stayed on will let u know when u have a date for about 7 days then finnaly said on the 30 i should get my money with the account i used
