Same thing happened to me I tried to play it safe and put the same information that was on my tax return with the turbo card big mistake I had to wait for paper check which came today finally but it's terrible from the beginning would have just told their own customers to use a different bank account turbo card we would have had to go through all this instead they kept all of us in the dark people who are struggling right now it's so crazy terrible is going to lose so much money over this
