The individuals who had a payment sent that was scheduled for April 15th have been receiving their checks for the past week. The IRS timeline appears to be about 2 weeks from the time that it's rejected, to the time a check is sent. Obviously it's impossible to "guarantee" anything, but that should be a good guideline.
