I filed my taxes with turbo tax and am supposed to have my tax return sent to my turbo tax debit card. Last Wednesday I used the Get my payment thing on the IRS website which said if our 2019 return hasn't been processed then use the 2018 info (I checked the info on the where's my refund app and it said my 2019 return has been received and is still being processed... Which I filed on Feb 5 btw) so I entered our 2018 tax info and it said that didn't match so I tried our 2019 info and they accepted that (which is odd because it says if ur 2019 return hasn't been processed yet then to use ur 2018 info well it says 2019 is still being processed but obviously it isn't since it only allowed me to enter my 2019 tax info) anyway I was able to enter my DD info... I did NOT use the Green Dot banking info given to me by turbo tax.. I figured if even tho my tax return is set to be sent to that account # if they irs didn't use it then I needed to use something else.. so I used an actual bank checking account info and it still has not updated. I entered my information by 9am on Wednesday the first day the site opened and as of this morning it still says that I am eligible to receive the payment and once they have updated info as to when it will be deposited it will update and be sent to the bank account ending in ****. So 9 days and still no update as to when I will receive my money... I'm also still waiting on my amended tax return for 2018 which was filed a year ago... So I'm currently waiting on over $15,700 from the IRS with absolutely no update on when I will receive any of it... I'm about to lose my mind!
