Yes, we had to use a 1095a to fill out the 8962 form. The person who did our taxes didn’t realize it needed filed with our taxes so ours were rejected. We received a letter & filled all the forms out & faxed them to the number they supplied us but we have no idea if they received it or what’s going on. It’s been since February that we faxed them.
