How did you file your 2019 taxes?
Did you use the non-filers tool that TurboTax had but appear to have taken down? I think a number of people are having problems with that. (this https://www.intuit.com/company/press-room/press-releases/2020/turbotax-to-help-millions-of-americans...)
Or did you pay TurboTax for an advance or for preparation fees through your refund? There are also some problems with that.
