Wondering if anyone is having this issue. Whenever I go on the economic payment website to check status of my stimulus payment, I get the error "According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time." I am married filing joint with 2 kids under 17 and my AGI for 2018 was $175K and $173K for 2019.
When I filed my 2018 taxes, I owed money and did not provide any bank account information. However, I just filed my 2019 taxes on 4/2 and am expecting a refund. Could the error on my stimulus payment be because of no direct deposit info on file from 2018 and my recent submission of my 2019 taxes that is still in processing?
