Emergency Stimulus Check Banking Information
In 2018 I filed my tax return, but owed monies to IRS. In the application my banking information was added but it has XXXX's on the PDF. On the new "Get My Payment" link to IRS for Emergency Stimulus, my husband and I qualify for the payment terms, but I get the notification "Payment Status Not Available".
My question is, if the payment was made via Turbo Tax application, do I still need to input my banking information to the IRS? If so, where do I input my banking information on the IRS website, so they can direct deposit the stimulus check?
