Yes, if you filed your 2019 tax return then they will use your 2019 AGI to determine if you qualify to get the stimulus payment. If your AGI in 2020 is below the AGI limit then you should be able to receive the full stimulus payment when you file your 2020 taxes. If your AGI in 2020 is still over the AGI limit then you will not get the stimulus payment on your 2020 tax return.
