Your "Employee Tax Pros" told us multiple times the past 36 hours that our refund is coming to our cards. Yet now it hasn't. How do you tell your customers one thing, something they are all dependent upon might I add, and it ends up being a lie? This is unacceptable and something that needs to be rectified immediately.
