While that does answer one of my questions, it doesn’t quite help with my situation. As I mentioned, I already filed my taxes with TurboTax before the portal was implemented and was not given the option to add my direct deposit info. Now that I have already done that, I am incapable of adding my direct deposit info on the new stimulus portal since my information was already accepted. If the portal is associated with the IRS and their announcement about the web based portal, i was lead to believe it would allow you to update your information, not add information if you hadn’t done it already.
