TurboTax 30% off discount not working?

I got an email from Intuit where they apologized for canning ItsDeductible (and so they should, lol).  In return, they said, I was eligible for a 30% discount on my next purchase of TurboTax.  But when I use the sign-in link they provide me with, a message pops up right after I sign in saying:

DISCOUNT30 is not valid for your account.

Thanks a lot, Intuit. 🙄  Has anyone encountered this before and might know what's causing it?
