@tvinci1 good questions... here's what I can see in Monarch:

  1. Monthly budget rollovers are allowed. Use this all the time.
  2. I am able to see full spend vs. income for all previous years I have data for (2013 in my case). If you're trying Monarch, to see this on desktop you have to click on 'Budget' in the left hand tab, then 'Forecast' in the header left-hand side, then 'Yearly' in the header right-hand side, then just to the right of 'Yearly' use the arrows to move through past years. Not exactly intuitive, but it works.
  3. I'm not sure what you mean by "zero out a budget line" but if you uncheck the box for monthly rollover, it should clear it.
  4. You can see prior time period spend per month or year as far back as you have data.
