Since both Schwab and TD Ameritrade are TurboTax import partners, you should be able to import your 1099-B forms.
Please see the attached link for more information on how to import your 1099 information.
There are some situations where the import might not work. It could be something simple as selecting a slightly different brokerage name, using an unstable internet connection, or maybe using a different account number format. Another solution is to log into your investment account using a different browser as sometimes this also could be an issue if a pop up blocker is installed.
