Home loans
You won't know until you fill out a loan application and submit it to a lender. As it stands now, you've asked a question with no supporting details or information. For example, if your credit score is 300 and your credit history has nothing good on it, even I wouldn't loan you $10. Whereas if your credit score is 800 and your credit history shows you've never missed a payment for anything for the last 7-10 years, and you have the steady income to support and actually pay the payments on the amount you need, you'll probably get the loan to buy that new house for $180K if you have the $30K to put as a down payment.
