Credit score

It depends on what you mean by a judgement.  If you have a a civil judgement from some other activity, they don't appear on your score any more.  But if you don't pay a line of credit, that fact will be on your credit report and reflected in your score.  (In other words, if your neighbor sues you because your tree falls on his house, that won't show in your report or score.  If Citibank sues you because you don't pay your credit card bill, that will still be on your credit report and affect your score.)
