First, try logging directly into "Turbo" on the web. https://turbo.intuit.com
Make sure your account name and password are working and that you can log into your account and see your information. If that doesn't work, you need to call support. If the web browser does work, then the smart device app has a problem. Try deleting it, reinstalling, and do a fresh log in.
