You don't and you can't unless you can prove they are wrong/incorrect. Depending on what debt the remarks are for, they'll fall off after 3-7 years. But do be aware that you can submit your own remarks to the derogatory ones and they too will become a permanent non-removable part of your credit report. So if you do that, keep it professional and to the point. If your response to the remarks sounds like you're whining, you'll do more harm than good.
