My Illinois return is saying "Schedule M: Line 21-Military Pay should not have value" I'm active duty and this hasn't been an issue on past returns, What needs to change?

"Must be current member of U.S. Armed Forces to claim Illinois Military Pay Exclusion". I am. Not sure if it auto-populated something incorrectly that I need to change for it to process. Not letting me e-file Illinois return because of this.
