I’m E-3 active duty serving in Washington State.
when I file my taxes last year I was given no tax charge. But this year I was charged 1,952.32 dollars ( federal), and I can’t find any reason for that much. I haven’t won a lottery, or any money outside my pay checks from army. And I didn’t promote between last year and this year. So I don’t know why I was charged this much when last year I wasn’t . I want a detailed answer for it or TurboTax is not going to be it for me following year. Thank you
