Please correct this in the My Info section:
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click “My Info” tab in the black bar on the side of your screen.
- Click “Edit” next to your spouse's name.
- Scroll down to the last question in Section 1: “My spouse is a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard)”
- Mark the appropriate radio button and click “Continue”.
Please check if you marked your spouse's W-2 as an active-duty W-2 as well:
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “W-2”
- Click on “Jump to W-2”
- Click "Edit" to review the entries
- Continue till the "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?" screen and check if the active-duty military box is checked.
