Revisit the Child and other dependent Tax credit section and answer all the questions. Make sure to indicate that you didn't receive any Advanced payments.
- Login to your account.
- Select Federal from the left menu.
- Go to Deductions and Credits.
- Scroll down to Child and Other Dependent Tax Credit.
- Continue to the screen "Tell us about any Advance Child Tax Credit Payments and select NO
