Tax help for military filers

Please verify that you did not select being in the military in the "My Info" Section:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click “My Info” tab in the black bar on the left side of your screen.
3. Click “Edit” next to your name.  
4. Scroll down to the last question in Section 1: “I am a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard)”
5. Mark the appropriate radio button and click “Continue”.

Also, double-check your W-2 entry that you did not enter a Q code in box 12:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “W-2”
3. Click on “Jump to W-2” and you should see the “Here's your W-2 info” screen
4. Click "edit" and review your entries
